Transfer
of innovation from 3 projects, integrate results and experiences from
3 projects and contribute to the development and testing of future
learning environments and formal organization of learning in the new
network economy.

One
of the main objectives is to create and facilitate Communities of
Practice (CoP) in different types of digital networks representing
"net culture" in general. Using multicultural dialog
paradigm in the development of learning resources and valorization of
tools as an integrated part of learning environments.

Network
is well established for each of 3 projects and heterogenous both with
the regard to vertical and horizontal organizational structures.

Tangible:
learning materials available through the free software based
techonology (e-learning, e-portfolio); Intangible: learning by
sharing experiences across organizations and by establishment and
participation in communities of practice.

Great
impact on teachers education as students will have a possibility to
observe learning outcomes in digital network and communities of
practice. Impact on teachers and decision makers through a better
understanding of learning in communities of practice.
